Manuscript leaf with a pen drawing — a crouching man sharpening a blade — and the word “MENU” in broad letters. The meal mixes the two languages: “Radishes, Frisco Omelette, English Chops & Ale, Giverny Green Peas, Chickens, Baudy Jelly”, then “Kansas City Shrimp Salad, New England Pies, Nuts, Raisins, Figs, Dates”, and to close “Champagne Pommery & Widow Cliquot — Cigars”. Two braided ribbons are fixed at the head of the sheet.
